BREADED MOZZARELLA

500 gr. of mozzarella fior di latte

gr. of flour 0

5 eggs

250 grs. of breadcrumbs

  • Salt to taste

 

We put to drip the fior di latte and cut slices about 1 cm thick and rimettiamole to drip;

Prepare three plates in the first flour,

in another the eggs beaten with salt

and the last one the breadcrumbs.

Turn on the oven and, in the meantime, prepare the baking sheet with baking paper.

Pass the slices first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs, then place them on top of the baking sheet we have already prepared.

Set the oven to 180° and cook the slices at the same temperature for 5-8 minutes. Strong version is the one fried in 125 gr. of oil.

They will be ready when they are golden brown, let's serve them immediately nice and stringy.

It is a very easy recipe to prepare, tasty and light in the oven, we usually try it with other cheeses.

I like to serve it with boiled potatoes with chopped chives and I combine a mayonnaise tartar and cold beer!
