BREAD WITH YOGURT SAUCE and FETA GRACA with CHICKEN

  • 4 Arabic rolls

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 50 gr. of Greek feta

  • 150 gr. of Greek yogurt

  • Fresh mint

  • Lemon

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Extra virgin olive oil evo

 

First, marinate the chicken breasts in oil with salt, pepper and lemon. In a bowl, add the greek yogurt and mint that you have finely chopped, salt and pepper to taste. The chicken breasts can be cooked in a pan or on the grill, once cooked cut them into strips and cover them. Take the bread and make a pocket where you are going to insert the chicken and yogurt sauce and to finish some cubes of Greek feta cheese.
