Ulziano is produced from Sangiovese grapes of two different clones with a small part of Ciliegiolo grapes.  The organic grapes are harvested by hand with a selection harvest in small boxes starting from the middle of September, in various farms of the Estate.  An all-round wine of surprising freshness but with a good structure, suitable for many occasions and combinations.  A Sangiovese Superiore of quality and easy to drink, excellent when young but surprising if left to age in the bottle for up to 5 years.

The Sangiovese grapes are vinified at a controlled temperature of about 28 ° in stainless steel tanks.  We use a short maceration technique with daily pumping over.  Finally it ages in stainless steel tanks for 10 months to finish the refinement in the bottle for at least 1 month.



  • On the nose:  Hints of violets, red fruits and berries, rose flowers and sweet spices.
  • In the mouth :  Sapid, intense, with balanced acidity and crunchy tannins.
