The pumpkin contains seeds, and even large ones, and is a fruit with a lively color, soft and velvety on the palate, if it is cooked as a  vegetables  and it is a typical product of the plain, once cleaned and cut   in small pieces it is slowly cooked with white sugar where at the end of the slow cooking we add ginger which gives it a light panache.

 

Ginger, an intense and pungent aroma and a pleasant contrast in our syrup, is a stimulating spice that has some anti-inflammatory and digestive properties that make it useful for the stomach and heart.

 

To even out the flavor of the mustard it is recommended to mix the product in a bowl before consumption to mix the two ingredients.
