Bronze drawn - Pasta di gragnano igp

The name of this format derives from the terms "scialare" and "tiella", which in the Neapolitan dialect mean respectively to enjoy and pan. Another theory has it that it refers to the dialect verb “sciglia '”, which translated means to mess, presumably hair that recalls the shape of the scialatielli.

The scialatielli were born on the Amalfi coast to enrich them, in fact the favorite condiment is the one based on seafood.
