Mustard based on a particular and unique type of apples, combined with the strong taste of mustard.

 

The Campanina apple has been documented since ancient times in the border areas between the provinces of Mantua and Modena. It is a vigorous and long-lived tree, with an open crown and characterized by medium productivity. The fruit is medium-small in size, spherical in shape with a citrine yellow to intense red skin in the parts exposed to the sun. The pulp is firm and slightly sour. The harvest takes place starting from the month of September.  As they say: a little bell a day keeps the doctor away!

 

To even out the flavor of the mustard it is recommended to mix the product in a bowl before consumption to mix the two ingredients.
