The spiciness of mustard together with the sweet taste  unique of white watermelon, with a slight hint of sour, creates the ideal pairing: a unique mustard, suitable to be served with savory and aged cheeses, fatty sausages and excellent with lard.
 
 To even out the flavor of the mustard it is recommended to mix the product in a bowl before consumption to mix the two ingredients.
