Our 0 km cheese called this way: IL BOLOGNESE, comes from the perfect balance of two milks, that of our cows  and mixed with that of sheep, expertly worked according to the Bolognese tradition in two formats of caciottina.
 The red crust like the city of Bologna  for the colors of the bricks with which the towers and palaces were built and for the political alignment of the beautiful inhabitants  rounded shapes in honor of the Bolognese girls.
 You can choose our Bolognese between two sizes:
 XL of about 1kg or the Bolognese Small of about 400 gr
