On the occasion of our 80th birthday, rummaging through our memories, we found the cellar notebook where Bruno Ceci wrote down the vinifications and fermentations to create the Lambrusco he produced in the 1960s. Hence the idea of proposing it now, in a new guise but identical in its essence.


Taste :

  • Nose : Notes of moderately sweet red fruits tending towards freshness, such as morello cherries, strawberries and raspberries. Hints of colorful flowers, with notes of geranium and rose, and especially violet.
  • Mouth : Fresh and warm, it has a good flavor and a very pleasant acidity. Surprisingly fine and balanced on the palate, it has extreme versatility.
