Some more information:  Due to the natural predisposition and a great passion, for some years now the vessels of the balsamic vinegar of Modena have been planted in the attics of the farmhouse and five hectares of new vineyard have been planted, which together with the existing one will contribute to increasing the current production. In the “Barchessa” (a typical rural building in the Modenese countryside) located next to the farmhouse, once used for the storage of straw and hay, a laboratory has been created for cooking the must and for bottling the finished product. The “Le Aperte” farm has an absolute and undisputed imperative to use only the must produced from the company's grapes!
