Bolognese sauce to season pasta  produced following the home process: in a pot, with sautéed  fresh vegetables and extra virgin olive oil. Preservative free. Gluten free.  Ragù produced by Maletti according to a family recipe since the 1940s. It was originally packaged in cans. The company, in fact, like many in the area, after the occupation of the German army that had exploited it for the production of food for the army, finding the machines for cans at home and having experience in the world of  meat began the production of ragù, one of the cornerstones of Emilian cuisine.

Without added preservatives for preservation, gluten or milk derivatives.
